Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Participate in the development of the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
• Identify and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends in the IT landscape, particularly relevant to the NBFC sector.
• IT Operations and Infrastructure:
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Implement and maintain IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, taking proactive steps to address them.
• Project Management:
• Participate in IT project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring successful implementation within budget and timeframe.
• Manage and lead assigned IT projects, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT support.
• Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration with external service providers.

III. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and project management, preferably within the NBFC or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with relevant IT tools and technologies used in the financial services sector (e.g., Loan Management Systems, Core Banking Systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
