Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
· Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for gold loan and investment products.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, distributors, and financial institutions.
· Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in gold loans or investments.
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Deep understanding of the gold and investment market in India.
· Educational qualification: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
