Job Purpose
The Monitoring and Evaluation unit supports management in measuring the outcome and impact of the programs and interventions, and using the learning to improve quality and relevance of the programs across Reliance Foundation.
The main purpose of the Knowledge Management and MIS team member is provide support to manage data flow from collection to analysis, reporting and storing for easy access across RF’s operations. This position will support GIS related requirement across all the program verticals in RF.

- Engage with the relevant teams across programs, ICT and support units to define requirements, validate assumptions, and test prototypes during development of the assigned Information Management initiatives.
- Design and build GIS and information management systems for the assigned projects in line with RF’s initiatives, primarily through configuration of cloud-based platforms but also developing custom pieces of software when needed.
- Prepare technical documentation and specifications on a regular basis as well as develop and roll out Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) adhering to high quality data and information management policies and practices.
- Create user testing plans, prepare instructional and training material, and provide user support remotely or in-person.
- Contribute to ensuring that Information Management systems are up-to-date with latest indicators, targets and results.
- Support the development, maintenance and updating of GIS dashboards as required by different program teams for better presentation of the data analysis findings.
- Work closely with M&E and program team members to enhance data collection exercises, systems and database to make data more timely and coherent for both Program and overall RF level reporting.
- Coordinate the design and review of the data management system that screens and prioritizes target project participants and informs decision-makers within RF.
- Comprehensive processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
- Data capturing system, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards that support key project decisions.

Experience & Educational Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Include Additional Certification Required if any
Necessary:
Minimum 5 years of experience
Technical Degree or Masters in Social sciences with knowledge of GIS
