· Source and attract talent for the open roles through various channels & consultants, including social media, job postings on LinkedIn, employee referrals, Internal job positions.
· Manage job postings, job descriptions, and other recruitment marketing materials
· Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess candidate fit for roles
· Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirement and develop recruitment plan.
· Manage & collaborate with the recruitment consultants/agencies by providing clarity on the positions through the programs leads/heads, sharing timely feedback to help refine search.
· Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with the HRBPs.
· Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
· Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve talent acquisition strategy and better the hit rate.
Stay up-to-date with talent trends within the development sector, understand the best practices and the employment norms.
