Project Lead (Future ready skills & jobs)
Responsible for identifying, developing and managing partnerships with key stakeholders, including industry and government agencies, to support the skilling & employment program's goals and objectives.
Working with partners to develop and design programs that address the specific skilling needs of industry and government, ensuring alignment with the overall program objectives.
Responsibility of overall project management of various initiatives under the skilling and livelihood.
Manage the negotiation, development and implementation of all relevant partnership process.
Identify, anticipate and respond to current and future issues and priorities, and devise and recommend appropriate solutions to complex problems and issues, to mitigate risks and support continuous improvement across all partnership activities.
Contribute to skilling and employment projects and undertake research to identify new and prospective partners across both the government and non-government sectors which maximize opportunities for shared value.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- At least 8-10 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the development sector, with a focus on skilling, industry, and government partnerships.
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience building and maintaining partnerships with industry and government stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and in a multi-cultural environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of college education in relevant fields such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, Management. Candidates with educational background in other disciplines may be considered based on relevant experience.
