Project Manager- Education and Sports for All

• Overall responsibility for supporting planning, conducting need assessment & execution of initiatives for Education & Sports for All initiative (these include projects in the areas of improving access to quality education in India)
• Oversee and manage operations of the digital learning van in Mumbai, reaching out to over 5000 underprivileged school going children
• Liaise with various stakeholders including schools, partner NGOs, local partners, communities etc. to execute projects successfully
• Closely monitor implementation and outcomes of the programs and report progress periodically
• Review the latest policy research, best practices in delivery modes, best partners, latest innovation work etc. to shape the design of the programs

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 Years of experience in the development sector
• Minimum of 4 years of college education in relevant fields such as Social Sciences, Development Studies, Social Work, Management. Candidates with educational background in other disciplines may be considered based on relevant experience.
