Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development Team Member to join our dedicated team at Reliance Foundation. This is a Junior-level, full-time contract position based in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in Training and Development. This role involves enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team, thereby driving organizational performance.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop strategies to address them
  • Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to meet organizational needs and individual learning styles
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards to monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs
  • Utilize e-learning tools and platforms to enhance the accessibility and impact of training programs
  • Continuously evaluate and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure the successful implementation and assimilation of training initiatives.


Skills Required

  • Training And Development (HR) (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in content creation, including training materials, guides, and modules for diverse learning needs
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and tools to create engaging digital learning experiences
  • Ability to create and maintain performance dashboards to track and analyze training effectiveness
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing training needs and evaluating program success
  • Background in rolling out efficient training sessions both in-person and through virtual platforms
  • Effective stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various departments and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Excellent communication skills for clear and impactful presentations, writing, and interpersonal interactions
  • Understanding and exposure on any LMS like Canva, Adobe Connect etc.


Educational Qualification

  • Post graduate in Human Resource is a must
  • Any certification in L&D will be preferred
