Job Purpose
Reliance Foundation – Information Services (Platforms & Applications) team is looking for a candidate to support Knowledge Management System activities. The candidate is responsible for managing, capturing and sharing various knowledge products (livelihood related questions and answers, instructional or awareness audios / videos, images, learning materials – PPT) as per categorization. The candidate also oversees the storage and distribution of developmental knowledge assets among RF programme team members. The candidate should play a key role in optimizing the use of KMS for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibility
- Coordinate with RF team members and collect all the Knowledge Assets (various thematic areas / different regional languages / all the dissemination materials – different communication channels – different formats) and should maintain in the Knowledge Management System
- Support to provide various inputs to modify / implement update Knowledge Management Framework / Workflow
- Understand and recognize key challenges / roadblocks to Knowledge Management System and develop effective steps to improve the KMS process
- Analyse and report the effective usage of Knowledge Management System
- Provide the status report on various knowledge assets upload in the KMS and pending approvals for effective knowledge governance – including monitor the frequency of use and satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with content production and content dissemination team, categorize all the content in thematic wise, language wise, geographic wise along with key words for easy searching and display
- Provide inputs to various stakeholders on priorities of content creation and the publishing of content
- Productize existing content into packages for different target audiences
- Coordinate, collect and maintain all the RF programme intervention / community cadre activities-based knowledge assets (programme queries & answers, livelihood awareness / instructional videos & audios, helpline queries & answers, all the dissemination advisories – audio / video / text / image, PPTs, etc.)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Include Additional Certification Required if any
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Scope of Work
Necessary: Bachelor’s / Post-Graduate Degree
- 3+ years of experience working with KMS / Tools and Managing Online Data / Content
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook) and a general comfort level working with technology systems.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
