Job Purpose

The Monitoring and Evaluation unit supports management in measuring the outcome and impact of the programs and interventions, and using the learning to improve quality and relevance of the programs across Reliance Foundation.

The Outreach, Visibility and capacity Building Team member will with the range of stakeholder within RF as well as with implementing partners following an effective and meaningful partnership principles to enhance the visibility of RF’s work across all verticals. In addition, the team member will support the coordination with research and communication teams for capturing outcome level information through internal studies.

  • Provide necessary support in implementation of research studies & data collection across programmes in assigned locations.
  • Documentation of transformation stories and best practices in written or video form across programmes in assigned locations.
  • Assist in Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Contact and coordination with external agencies for possible engagements on external evaluation studies.
  • Designing of the quantitative and qualitative aspect of research studies including the research design and approach.
  • Support the implementation of studies by undertaking tasks like sampling methods, sample size, designing of questionnaires, plan of analysis, analysis of research data and final representation of data in reports/ presentations.
  • Update and maintain state factsheets as a means to communicating vital programme information with relevant external stakeholders.
  • Periodic evaluations to measure the tangible outcomes of the programmes.
  • Updated and ready to circulate State factsheets and newsletters at the end of each quarter
  • Win the awards and get recognition by the external stakeholders
  • Share RF’s best practices with the outer world.

Experience & Educational Requirements


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Include Additional Certification Required if any

Necessary:

Minimum 5 years’ experience

Master Degree in Social Sciences or Population Sciences or Statistics or Mathematics
