Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for training the NHT batch on process, soft skills and product.
• Responsible for creating and administering ongoing training programs for NHT and nesting employees.
• Responsible for Monthly, Quarterly performance reviews that were directly submitted to management.
• Developed several innovative training methods that are being used around the process.
• Created content for Learning and Development intranet page, aligning monthly hot topics with related on-demand training courses, daily tips, reading recommendations, and employee polls
•Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses for our employees.
•Conduct training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and development.
•Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
•Utilize various training delivery methods, such as classroom-based training, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
•Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
•Provide ongoing coaching and support to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
•Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and coordinating training schedules.
•Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address training needs specific to different departments and roles.
