Seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Operations professional to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring smooth operations within the business. As part of a new business team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in other HR activities based on business requirement. Need to have a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn new things on the go.


Job Accountabilities:

  • Drive the implementation of the proposed organizational structure and positions in SAP, accurately reflecting organizational units and other data attributes
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Regularly update HR Operations Management (OM) data to align with changes in the organizational structure and business strategies.
  • Develop comprehensive reports for periodic leadership reviews (weekly, quarterly) to support decision making
  • Monitor key metrics such as diversity, costs, headcount, attrition, and recruitment. Present actionable insights for reporting and HR initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring that all activities are completed smoothly and on schedule for a positive new hire experience
  • Establish and manage effective communication channels to keep employees informed about important updates and initiatives
  • Support operations for recruitment, performance management, employee exits, training, cadre management, and talent management, gaining a holistic understanding of all HR verticals.
  • Uphold all compliance standards related to nominations, full and final settlements, and data integrity, ensuring timely execution of HR processes.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR processes and policies, fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members on different HR projects and initiatives.
  • Drive digitization efforts to create data driven dashboards for Key HR metrics
  • Build and maintain trackers for all HR activities. Monitor progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely progress and closure on all HR KPIs
