§ Integrity and reliability of Rotary equipment at Site

§ Conduct Condition Monitoring at Site

§ Site Maintenance cost and budgeting

§ Standardize outsourcing logistics & technical validation system for vendor / contractor.

§ Responsible for Performance monitoring & benchmarking

§ Development of specific SMPs and best practices implementation

§ Maintain Statutory and regulatory compliance.

§ in RCM study at the respective sites

§ Provide Support to minor projects.

§ Oversee Turnaround / Shutdown services.

§ Root cause analysis and troubleshooting

§ Preservation system implementation

§ Review obsolescence and implement renewal plan at site.

§ Spares Management

§ Training and development of site Engineers

§ Knowledge management and Documentation management

§ Reviewing and Maintaining IMS documents

§ Releasing Service PRs & service entries.

§ Interaction with various support services Human Resource, Administration, Workshop, planning, security.

§ Interaction with vendor/equipment manufacturers.

§ Take ownership for HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings)

§ Ensuring early completion of pending RCAs, liquidation of RCA recommendations and approval of MOCs & CAT actions.

§ Minimize production/ quality loss in event of unplanned failure.

§ Improvement in availability & safety of equipment

§ Improvement in manpower productivity of E&M

§ Reduction in Equipment maintenance costs

§ Implementation of corrective and preventive actions taken as per organization policy

§ Harmonization of standards for equipment from different vendors and product groups

§ Timely adherence to audit schedules

§ Ensure compliance of mandatory trainings.

§ Ensure Compliance of RCA /RCM.

§ Inventory control.
