This role is with the HR team of Reliance New Energy Battery Business.
We are looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our new Battery Business. You will have the unique opportunity to drive end-to-end hiring for diverse and high-impact roles across technical, operational, and corporate functions. As part of a fast-growing and innovative business, you’ll contribute to building a world-class talent pipeline and optimizing recruitment processes while partnering closely with leadership to meet the organization’s ambitious goals.
Job Accountabilities:
- Talent Strategy Development
- Implement talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals for scaling a state-of-the-art Lithium-Ion Cell manufacturing facility.
- Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and translate business objectives into staffing requirements.
- Hiring for Key Functions
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for a diverse range of roles across production, engineering, R&D, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and IT.
- Ensure seamless hiring and onboarding process end to end in the system
- Cadre Hiring and Early Career Programs
- Implement cadre hiring of retain Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) and M.Tech candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of early-career technical talent.
- Program manage campus hiring programs, including partnerships with top engineering institutions.
- Implement boarding, training, and development initiatives specifically tailored for cadre hires to support their growth and integration into the organization.
- Process Optimization & Candidate Experience
- Help optimize recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Implement digital tools and systems for seamless candidate tracking, assessment, and communication.
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-growth or manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience in execution of mass hiring programs.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
