Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager for Module O&M at Reliance New Energy in Jamnagar. This full-time position is integral to our solar manufacturing initiatives and involves overseeing module operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in solar PV systems and play a crucial role in advancing our sustainable energy projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Deep knowledge of solar manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring efficient and optimized production methodologies (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in managing solar PV systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
• In-depth understanding of module operations, with the ability to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs through strategic planning.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive module maintenance, identifying and mitigating potential issues before they escalate into larger problems.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, aiming to minimize the ecological footprint of operations.
• Train and supervise team members, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Monitor industry trends and regulations to ensure the company's operations are aligned with current best practices.
• Draft reports and provide insights to senior management on the performance and status of all solar module operations.
