Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Wafer Slicing Process Engineering team, overseeing all aspects of Wafer Slicing manufacturing processes.
• Develop and optimize slicing processes to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. 
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new technologies and process improvements. 
• Monitor and analyze process data, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all slicing manufacturing processes. 
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process issues and improve overall operational efficiency. 
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. 
• Implement and oversee process validation and qualification activities.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Technical Experience - Design, implement and optimize industrial processes in the manufacturing setup. Focus more on the mathematical and physical aspects of production.
