Key Responsibilities

• In charge of Diamond Wire Factory output, yield, quality and safety by leveraging the cross functional supports from Engineering, Utilities, HR, IT, Finance and Procurements
• Managing budget, controlling cost and ensuring financial targets are met
• Oversee day-to-day operations including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. 
• Lead maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, uptime, and compliance with safety standards. 
• Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management. 
• Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and logistics teams to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing reports and insights for senior management. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, reduce costs, and maximize output. 
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in all operational activities.
