I am hiring for Chat Analyst for Chandigarh IT Park.

Shift type: Rotational/Night.

Fresher/Experienced both can apply.

Roles & Responsibility:

1.Assist the customers on queries regarding their Products and Services via CHAT

2.Troubleshooting of technical issues related to customer’s services

Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

3.Meet process expectations with high quality standards and adherence to SLAs

4.Communicate effectively and close looping with client in case of observations

5.Updating status in internal as well as client tools
