Job Overview

ReferLoan is looking for a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, calling potential customers, and persuading them to use our fintech platform for their financial needs. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on the growth of our business.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Good knowledge of financial products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Fluency in Hindi and English languages.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling and networking.
• Contact potential customers and introduce them to ReferLoan's fintech platform and services.
• Explain the benefits and features of our platform to customers and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Persuade customers to sign up and use ReferLoan's services by highlighting its advantages over competitors.
• Set up appointments for potential customers to meet with our account executives.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telesales process and customer experience.
