Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content calendars.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social channels.
• Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns.
• Analyze social media insights (e.g., traffic, engagement, shares) and provide recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
