Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Holiday Planner with strong expertise in visa regulations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in travel planning and a deep understanding of various destinations, travel trends, and visa requirements. You will work closely with clients to create tailored holiday packages, ensuring exceptional service from consultation through to post-trip follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and specific needs.
• Design and create personalized holiday itineraries, including accommodations, activities, and transportation.
• Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, local attractions, and visa requirements.
• Provide expert advice on travel regulations, including visa applications and entry requirements for various countries.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best options for clients.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and any issues that arise before, during, or after travel.
• Mentor and train junior planners, sharing knowledge of travel planning and visa processes.
• Track and analyze client feedback to enhance services and offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in travel planning, with a focus on holiday planning and visa knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, emerging trends, and visa regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
