Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, interests, and budgetary considerations.
• Research and recommend international destinations, attractions, and accommodations based on client requirements.
• Create detailed travel itineraries including transportation, accommodation, activities, and dining options.
• Arrange bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and other travel-related services.
• Provide clients with comprehensive travel documents, including visas, insurance information, and destination guides.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and partners to ensure all travel arrangements meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and safety advisories for international destinations.
• Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the client's trip.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel history, and financial transactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Holiday Planner, or similar role specializing in international travel.
• Strong knowledge of global travel destinations, cultural differences, and travel logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in travel booking systems and itinerary planning software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
