Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue, acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be target-driven, and have a strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Identify and prospect new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate product recommendations and solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines, providing regular updates to sales management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote our company's products or services.
- Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise through self-study, training, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales(travel industry) , preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
