Job Description: We are seeking a Domestic Operations Specialist to provide exceptional travel services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent soft skills, strong planning and organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of domestic travel destinations and services. As a Domestic Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client queries through various communication channels, including social media, phone, and other services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries and requests related to domestic travel.
• Conduct research to identify the best available options and pricing for clients.
• Prepare and provide quotes to clients and work diligently to bring leads to closure.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Negotiate the best rates with hotels, rental companies, tour guides, and restaurants.
• Design cost-effective travel packages tailored to clients' needs and budgets.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure client confidentiality.
• Keep accurate records of all client information in the database.
• Manage and update bookings using existing systems.
• Book excursions, flights, hotels, and arrange transportation as per client specifications.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and work experience in the travel industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations.
• Proficiency in reservation and ticketing, especially on online portals.
• Excellent soft skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability for a full-time position.
• Work experience as a Domestic Operations Specialist is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of geography and domestic travel destinations.
• Ability to work from the office during standard office hours (10.30 am to 6.30 pm).
