Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

·      Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

·      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

·      Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

·      Knowledge of local real estate regulations and documentation

·      Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

·      Market Research

·      Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

·      Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

·      Travel to meet clients, attend property inspections, and participate in relevant events.

·      Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client meetings and business requirements.
