Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and documentation
