Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Manager to oversee real estate development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, planning, and execution skills, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee site development, approvals, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure project efficiency.

📑 Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Monitor project costs, ensuring expenses align with budgets.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure timely billing, payments, and financial reporting.

👷 Team Coordination & Vendor Management:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders, including investors, clients, and contractors.
• Manage procurement, ensuring materials and resources are available as per project needs.

📍 Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve any on-site issues.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals for seamless project execution.

📢 Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide regular project updates to clients, investors, and senior management.
• Address client concerns and incorporate feedback into project planning.

Key Requirements:

✅ Experience: 5+ years in real estate project management, construction, or related fields.

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

✅ Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
