Job Description

•     He must be proficient in ERP / SAP.
•     He must have enough experience in production coordination. following up of raw
•     Plan lines for optimum production.
• Must be proficient in sewing.
•     Plan manpower & machines for optimal performance.
•     Prepare skill matrix. Skill matrix is in place. He must ensure it is followed strictly.
•     Must have experience in knits only, preferably inner wear. 
•     Must have handled minimum of 500 machines.
•     An engineer preferred. Because they're analytical in approach.
•     Must have experience in handling a team of 50 staff across all depts.
•     Must have the ability to design layout for higher productivity.
•     Must understand and follow SAM value to achieve targets.
•     Must be a target chaser.
•     Must be worker friendly (i.e.) must respect people whom he works with.
•     Must ensure daily committed delivery.
•     All P.O must be closed in a month. 
•     Weekly plan achievement.
•     Monthly committed target must be achieved.
•     CPM must be 3.5 or less.
•     Must have minimum MMR.

 Qualification & Experience

•  Graduate/Postgraduate with More than 12 years
•     Specialization: (Fabric/ Garment Industry)
•     Computer Proficiency is a must.

•      As per company norms
