Job Title : Payroll HR Executive – Male

Location – Tirupur (Tamilnadu)

• Roles & Responsibilities (Male)
• Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks.
• Maintain daily attendance in HRMS software
• Run HR payroll every month based on attendance and leave
• Managing statutory compliance – ESI & PF other as per laws.
• Compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
• Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
• Co-ordinate recruitment activities .

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, MBA in HR 3 -5 years of experience in Payroll Management in HRMs software.
• Experience in working garment industry

Desired Skills

• Microsoft Excel and advance Formulas
• Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software.
