Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele callers. As a Tele caller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by connecting with potential customers over the phone, introducing them to our products/services, and generating leads for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kick-start their career in the dynamic field of sales and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers by phone to introduce our products/services and explain their features and benefits.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the provided database.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met effectively.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate information to customers.
• Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions or escalate as needed.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your sales skills and techniques.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone voice.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
• Basic computer skills to navigate the customer database and other software tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Adaptability to changing processes and strategies.
• Fluency in the local language(s) is preferred.

Salary Package:

• The salary package for this position is in the range of 10,000 to 12,000 INR per month.
• Incentives and performance-based bonuses may be provided based on achieving sales targets.
