Job Description:

● Managing end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners (clients) from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates, offer negotiation.

● Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.

● Developing a good understanding of our hiring partners; Improve and advise on current recruitment 'best practice'

● Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently

● Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward

● Helping candidates at all stages of interviews and at scale

What skills and experience are required?

● At least 6 months in recruitment, headhunting

● High learning agility and the ability to work with Partners from around the globe

● Passion for high growth companies and adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty

● High-organized with the ability to follow through on projects with minimal supervision.
