A Senior Animator breathes life into characters and environments through expert visual storytelling. Responsible for creating high-quality animations, they collaborate with teams, refine designs, and ensure seamless integration into multimedia platforms.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality 3D animations for various types of media

Lead and mentor junior animators to ensure they meet project deadlines and produce high-quality work

Collaborate with other departments, such as art, design, and programming, to ensure animations meet project requirements

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of animations

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met

Provide creative input and feedback to other team members to enhance the overall quality of the project

Ensure all animations meet technical requirements, such as file size and format, for different platforms and devices

Contribute to the development of new animation tools and processes to improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in 3D animation

Expertise in industry-standard software such as Maya/3ds Max, Blender, Unity, Spine

Experience with rigging and skinning (Auto rig)

Ability to create high-quality character and creature animations

Experience with motion capture technology and techniques is a plus.

Strong understanding of animation principles and storytelling

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members, including artists, designers, and programmers

Portfolio of previous work demonstrating high-quality animations and technical skills
