We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and drive sales growth in North Goa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves visiting industries and factories, understanding their requirements, and offering our range of high-quality industrial footwear as solutions to their safety needs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Exploration: Identify potential clients, including industries and factories, within the assigned territory of North Goa.
  • Sales Visits: Conduct regular visits to client sites to present our product range and discuss tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
  • Negotiation & Closure: Handle negotiations with clients, draft quotations, and close sales deals effectively.
  • Market Feedback: Gather and share insights about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs with the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or business development (preferably in the industrial safety or footwear industry).
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across North Goa.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety products is a plus but not mandatory.
