We are a recruitment agency looking for a Business Development cum Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and pitching our recruitment services to potential clients. You will also be required to handle incoming calls and follow up with existing clients to maintain good relationships.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and convert them into clients

Pitch recruitment services to potential clients

Handle incoming calls and answer queries

Follow up with existing clients to maintain good relationships

Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

• 0-3 Years of Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
