As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for connecting ideal talent with companies through a sharp, timebound, and streamlined process. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in bench sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of successful vendor negotiation and client management
• In-depth knowledge of Corp-to-Corp (C2C) contracts and agreements
• Familiarity with visas, work authorizations, and immigration laws
• Strong marketing and sales skills with the ability to effectively showcase candidates to clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
• Proficiency in using recruitment databases and platforms

Roles and Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and deals with vendors and clients
• Manage relationships with existing vendors and develop new vendor relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Market bench candidates to clients and effectively match their skills and experience with the required positions
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations related to visas and work authorizations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry changes
• Utilize recruitment databases and platforms to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records
• Conduct regular performance analysis and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and recruitment strategies
