We are hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at Recruisure Tech Solutions. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for connecting ideal talent with our clients in the tech industry. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in bench sales or recruitment
• Knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of various roles and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates for bench positions through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements and specific job needs
• Negotiate terms and conditions of employment, including pay rates and work schedules
• Maintain a database of candidates and accurately track their job preferences, availability, and qualifications
• Coordinate with the sales team to effectively market candidates to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions related to bench sales
• Adhere to legal and ethical standards in recruiting practices
• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
