• People Management: -
To motivate, train & develop a team for the achievement of Targets, maintain hygiene in the marketplace & work towards their all-around development.
· Sales expertise in FMCG products, General Merchandise products.
· Facilitate and support training for the field force. Active role in developing their Skills - To identify talent in the market (attract talent /prelim interviews for recruitment).
· Liaison, appoint various distributors, Regional Modern Retailers, Large Modern Retailers.
· Capable of launching the New product in HQ/zone.
· Having hands-on experience in managing & developing Sales & distribution networks.
· Develop Budgets, Business Plan and sales strategies and oversee their effective implementation to achieve goals.
· Set individual team member sales and distribution targets, role definitions, and evaluation of the achievement of the same.
· Ensure excellent market relations.
· Monitor competitor activity and ensure timely reporting of the same and analyze the impact of it on business.
· Sales planning YTD/Monthly both Brand wise and Volume-Wise.
· Increase in sales per month by increasing the customers base, increasing no of distributors & opening new towns by the expansion of the market.
· Product wise/Brand wise/SKU wise stock availability and inventory management as per target at Depot and placing the order accordingly for production planning.
· Maintains healthy receivables monitor level of bad debts for sales team Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
· Meet budget guidelines Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team Ensures that all Sales
· Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

Northern Region (Delhi, NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Himachal
Pradesh, Uttarakhand)
