Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in Industrial Automation
• Strong technical and product knowledge in the automation industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Provide technical solutions and product demonstrations to clients
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance
• Excellent knowledge in commissioning PLC/ SCADA/ VFD/ HMI/ GEAR BOX, etc..
