Techno Commercial Knowledge in SMC Pneumatic Products, Geared Motor/ Gear Boxes, Products like PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, Servo Systems, Projects, Electrical, Automation Instrumentation Engineering Services, Industrial PCs, Vision Inspection Systems Products.
Candidate should have good hands on Experience in Technical Product Sales/ Good Communication Skills. Product Marketing, Achieving Sales Targets, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge
Manage day-to-day performance of all sales and KPI reviews.
Working with Partners to achieve targets & generates new business opportunities
Track metrics, report data to leadership regularly, Implement performance plans according to company targets, and ensure adherence to the sales process. Sending proposals and closing deals on time
Visiting customer sites, studying requirements, and providing inputs to the technical team to get correct solutions.
Qualifications
- Qualification - Diploma / B.E. MECHANICAL / Electrical / Electronic Engg
- Job Location: Chandigarh
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
