Job Overview
As a Telecaller at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and promoting our real estate services. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convince and influence customers
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Familiarity with real estate industry terms and processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and inform them about our real estate services
- Provide information about available properties and assist customers in choosing the right investment
- Address customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
