As a Telecaller at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, addressing their queries and concerns, and promoting our real estate services. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to convince and influence customers
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Familiarity with real estate industry terms and processes
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service
