  • To ensure sales in residential/commercial real estate.
  • Responsible for generating new business opportunity for the organization
  • Looking for a hard core performer in selling Residential and commercial Property.
  • Continuous follow up with the customers and building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
  • Talk to the leads generated by marketing team & explain the project details
  • Convince them for the site visit.
  • Take prospects for site visits answering all relevant queries in the process.
  • Finally do the booking
  • Vehicle mandatory for this role

Qualifications

  • Seeking candidates from real estate /Insurance background.
  • Effective communication & decent personality.
  • Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales.
  • Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects
  • High levels of passion and ownership.
