Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Associate (Real Estate) to join our team at Realtevo Channels Pvt Limited. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales and marketing activities of our commercial real estate projects in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with the local real estate market in Mumbai
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the sales and marketing activities of commercial real estate projects
• Handle inquiries and provide information about available properties to potential buyers
• Conduct property tours and showcase the features and benefits of the properties
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and real estate agents
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities
• Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and documents
