Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and skilled Presales Executive to join our team at Realtevo Channels Pvt Limited. As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing pre-sales support to drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Graduate preferred with an experience of minimum 1year in a presales in the real estate industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Along with English, must know to speak either English or Gujarati
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Good understanding of the commercial real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their real estate needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide pre-sales support
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and proposals to potential clients
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
  • Assist in negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
