Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Head to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in both front-end and back-end development, along with expertise in API design and integration. Preference will be given to local candidates who can contribute to our company's growth with their technical and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for both front-end and back-end systems.
• Oversee API development and integration to ensure seamless communication across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and product, to meet project goals.
• Establish and enforce software development best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
• Mentor and guide the software team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Monitor software performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into development processes.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, including front-end, back-end, and API integration.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IoT, embedded systems, or customized electronics solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred.
