Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team at ReadyAssist - 24/7 Roadside Assistance. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with an employment type of Full-Time. If you are a fresher with less than 1 year of experience and have a passion for helping customers, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Empathetic and patient approach in dealing with customers
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with booking roadside assistance services and resolving service-related issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our services and company policies to effectively support customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalations
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints to facilitate continuous improvement
- Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals and targets
