We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Video Editor to join our dynamic team at RDS Digital in Bangalore Urban. This is a Full-Time position where you will be instrumental in crafting impactful video content that aligns with our clients' brand strategies and marketing goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for seamless video editing and production.
• Skilled in Adobe Photoshop for enhancing visual components and still-image manipulation.
• Experience with Audio Editing to ensure sound quality meets production standards.
• Ability to apply Visual Effects creatively to enhance storytelling.
• Expertise in After Effects for motion graphics and complex compositing tasks.
• Capable of executing Color Grading to ensure video outputs are visually compelling.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in creative challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage and prepare it for final output by maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize video projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all video content aligns with the brand tone and is delivered within deadlines.
• Implement constructive feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance video content.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Manage and organize all video assets for easy access and archive in an efficient manner.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop original video content ideas.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and editing techniques.
