Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, junior-level position that requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating content, and engaging with our online community to enhance our clients' digital presence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (Mandatory skill)
• Strong ability in Content Creation (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in Community Management (Mandatory skill)
• Proven skills in Analytics to interpret data and understand trends
• Excellent Copywriting skills for crafting compelling and engaging content
• Understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them in social media strategy
• Knowledge of Paid Advertising on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement
• Basic Graphic Design skills to create visually appealing content

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for various platforms to align with clients' marketing goals
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written)
• Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating leads and sales
• Manage community interactions across all social media platforms
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
• Leverage analytics tools to gauge the success of social media campaigns
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
