Job Overview
RDS Digital is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position at the junior level, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. The role requires a high level of product knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

- Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating terms and conditions to close deals that are favorable to both the client and the company.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas and information to clients and team members.
- Closing: Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Prospecting: Effective at identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through a variety of methods including networking and referrals.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
