Job Overview
The Customer Operations Executive at RDS Digital is a junior-level, full-time position based in Bangalore Urban. The role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience. The individual will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with other teams to drive success.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within a digital marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in Customer Service (Mandatory skill) with a proven track record of resolving customer issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Strong Time Management skills (Mandatory skill) to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Adept at Problem Solving and able to quickly find solutions to customer issues.
- Keen Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all customer operations.
- Conflict Resolution skills to handle different types of customer grievances effectively.
- Basic Data Analysis capabilities to understand and interpret customer data and metrics.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries through various channels including email, phone, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
