Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to join our team in Bangalore Urban on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks effectively, support various departments, and contribute to smooth business operations. A background in administration and strong communication skills are essential for this role.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with team members and external parties.
  • Proficiency in operations management (Mandatory skill), ensuring efficient workflow and administrative processes.
  • Strong inventory management skills (Mandatory skill) for maintaining and organizing supplies and stock levels.
  • Fluency in English for clear and accurate communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in procurement to manage purchasing activities and vendor relations efficiently.
  • Understanding of business processes to optimize and streamline administrative tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations and timely task completion.
  • Oversee inventory levels and manage procurement processes to ensure adequate supplies.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences by handling logistics and preparations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for various administrative processes.
  • Support HR in handling employee records, onboarding processes, and other administrative HR tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks and processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders through efficient communication and problem resolution.
