Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain to join our team at Radisson Udaipur. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Udaipur and requires individuals with strong leadership qualities and communication skills to manage and direct hotel operations effectively.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising staff and directing operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact efficiently with guests and team members (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability in team management to ensure maximum productivity and a positive work environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong decision-making abilities to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Proficient in navigation to incorporate logistical planning within the hotel setting.
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly and effectively to maintain high service standards.
  • Expertise in emergency response procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests.
  • Competency in risk assessment to identify potential issues and mitigate them proactively.
